December 23rd As you all propably know, the forums are gone. There was a worm that got in. I have been trying to restore the database for hours now, but it doesn't seem to work. I'll ask for some help, but it will propably take at least a week. I am really sorry about this. It may be possible I'll just install the whole forum all over again and we'll start again. It wouldn't be the end of the world. In any case, I'd like to wish everyone MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

December 14th I am so sorry that I haven't been able to update the site. I have just moved and don't have my own internet connection yet. I have been almost completely offline for several weeks now. There'll be more updates next week, but right now all I want to say is CONGRATULATIONS to David and Anna who are going to have a baby. We are all very happy for them and wish them all the best. And dearest visitors, don't forget the DT Online forums where you'll find all the news, whether I'm online or not.

November 19th My goodness, it's almost December. It has already snowed here in Finland and I'm starting to be in a Christmas mood. Prisoner of Azkaban DVD is out and new pictures will be added to the gallery before Christmas. For now, I've only got one new article, from Veritaserum. Edited to add: Susi sent me caps from the PoA dvd extras, enjoy them!

October 30th The forum is back, thank goodness. Kelly sent me several nice screen caps of Love Story, check them out in the gallery. Also one article added, it was sent to me by Kristina. Thank you both!

October 27th The forum is down, again. I have no idea what is going on but I've contacted my support. I'm really sorry about this. I've set up a temporary forum, where I'll keep everyone posted at http://feeniks.proboards23.com/.

October 13th I spent last weekend in Hamburg, and I must say the scrapbook looks amazing. Thank you everyone who sent us stuff! The book has been sent to David's agent and we will let you know if we hear anything back from him/them.

Then to the updates: One new affiliate, The Besieged Fanlisting. I have added some article scans by Ceirdwyn and Goodbye Charlie Bright caps by Kelly to the gallery.

September 20th Sorry, it has been over a month since the last update. I spent a week at Venice Film Festivals and now I've been ill for over a week. But now I'm feeling a bit better. I've updated links and added 47 caps of Dandelion Dead in the gallery, made by Athlov. Pretty soon I'll fly to Germany to work on the scrapbook, which will be amazing! I haven't seen any of the submissions yet, but I'd still like to thank everyone who has participated. Remember to check the forums and the Fan Project site for updates.

July 19th Some new pictures (well, most of them not exactly new, but..) and facts and biography updated. I seem to be having some problems with my counter, it has reseted at least twice in the past couple of days, I don't know why. But that's only my head ache, not yours :)

July 2nd Finally updated the latest news of David's next project, The New World, which will be filmed this month in Virginia. The movie is directed by Terrence Malick. Oh, and to those who were wondering, David says he will be in the fifth Harry Potter movie Order of the Phoenix, too.

June 30th I've added 6 articles and also a few quotes in the facts in case somebody doesn't have time to read the whole articles. 13 wonderful icons by Ceirdwyn added as well.

June 28th One new article from The Age and one new fanart by Lara. Also a cute new picture from the article.

June 21st The website for the fan project is now open. You can find all the necessary info there, if you have any questions, feel free to e-mail us, or post it at the forum. ETA: I've also a new affiliate, Paul Bettany.net. Paul was David's co-star in Gangster no. 1.

June 20th Don't be alarmed. I don't usually update the page every single day ;) I just had this idea of a list of some David stuff to be found online. Just a couple of movies there right now, but I'll update it. You can also send in your suggestions - some Remus stuff too! ETA: One new work at Fanart by Lupin Fangirl.

June 19th I added one new article, where David quite honestly talks about his different roles. Very interesting article from Moviehole.net. Plus a new layout, made by Mima. ETA: I've also added the Fan Corner where I have collected some of the nice things people have said about David.

June 18th The gallery is finally open again. Use it wisely :) I know I have missed some credits, I was kind of in a hurry, but please let me know if you know that you need to be credited for some of the caps or something, I'll fix it immediately! Oh, and the layout will be better soon :)

June 17th Heads up, everyone! We have been planning to give David some feedback on his role as Remus Lupin in form of for example a scrapbook, that we would send to him via his agent. If you'd like to know more about this project, check out this thread at our forum and The David Thewlis Scrapbook Project at LiveJournal. Thanks to Ceirdwyn for this fantastic idea! It's time that we let David know how much we appreciate him and his performance in the new film and I am sure that he will love our feedback as well. I'll keep everyone posted about this at the site, but the best way to participate is to join our conversation in the forums.

June 16th Sorry about the lack of updates and broken images. I have been away from town for a week and I couldn't update the site from there. I didn't want to leave the site like that, but I had no choice and I figured it's good that at least the pages are showing up. Now all the icons and avatars, wallpapers etc should be OK, but the gallery is still closed, sorry. Anke sent me one fabulous Lupin bookmark and two beautiful wallpapers, check them out in fanart. Thank you for your patience and everybody's support!

June 7th New wallpaper (Lupin) by Joanna. Two new pictures in the gallery. My bandwidth for this month is almost gone. Don't get me wrong, I love it that this site has been so popular now that PoA has premiered. It only means that I have to move this page to another webhost soon. The address will remain the same, but I'll have more space and bandwidth.

June 6th New poll and previous one's results in the archive. Now I'd like to know what people have thought about David's performance, so remember to vote! Washington Post has a nice interview, in which David tells that he was considered for the role of Professor Quirrel in the first Harry Potter -movie.

June 1st I have 12 pictures of the UK premiere of Prisoner of Azkaban from last Sunday. I'd also like to thank all the great people at our forum for posting all the new pics and news there! It's almost impossible for me to keep up with all the news by myself, so I really appreciate all the help! I can't even see the movie until in August, when it premieres here in Finland :( There are several reviews online already, and David's performance is highly praised. For example this review at Times Online writes:

But it is David Thewlis’s wonderfully smooth tutor, Professor Lupin, who unpicks the seam between the world of imagination and real adolescent anxieties in a film-stealing performance that uses nothing more sensational than words.

David is also quoted in Newsweek Magazine:
