September 8th I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer! I know I have, although life can be a bit of a roller coaster sometimes. I have never forgotten you, though, nor David who I want to thank again for support and being the amazing person and artist he is. I am way behind updating the site - there are pics, news and affiliate requests and I apologize deeply for the delay. First of all I'd like to post the past news, gathered from around the net and forum by our wonderful Kelly. As always, she has been a great help and support to me. I appreciate all the kind and warm words I receive almost daily and I am sorry that sometimes it might take a day or two to accept a new forum member request - especially now that I was on a holiday in Venice this week. But I must say that this decision has decreased the amount of spam posts to almost a zero. That is a good way to keep the forum clean and nice! I'll update the site very soon with new pics and affiliates! But here are the old news, and remember to check the forum because it's the best place to find out everything!

August 15th
David appeared in the September issue of Vogue magazine discussing The Late Hector Kipling. Scans of the article can be found in the gallery.

August 25th
An interview with David was featured in The Telegraph here. He chats about various things including his new novel. Thanks to Helia for posting the info in the forum!

September 4th
David appeared at Waterstones Picadilly in London reading extracts from The Late Hector Kipling and also participated in a Q&A session before signing books and meeting audience members. Some members of the forum were lucky enough to attend the event, and they are discussing their experiences over in the forum here

September 7th
David was on Simon Mayo's radio programme this afternoon promoting his book! If you go to this link then find where it says listen again, and click on friday. Another smaller window should open, and in this window you need to forward about 1 hour and 10 mins into the programme to hear David.

June 25th I have added two promotional pictures from Order of the Phoenix in the gallery. Tannim posted both of them in the forums and MissVan kindly also sent one to me. The wallpaper is from the UK site. I am now also affiliated with the french DT-maniac blog.

May 29th I have added three captures of Lupin in HP5 from TV spots by MissVan. Go check the gallery to see those. Remember to visit the forum for all the news of HP and more! I am way behind on updating the site and I am sorry about that. I have also a new affiliate, Rickman & Thewlis board, a french speaking forum.

May 7th Emma-Watson.net has honoured DTO with the award of "April Site of the Month". Thank you so much for the team for choosing us! We have also a new affiliate, another Emma Watson site: Emma Watson Online.

May 3rd There's a new promotional picture of Remus in the new Sticker Book. Tannim posted a scan in on the forums and I added it to the gallery here. Thanks Tannim for posting it!

April 25th I have added two pictures of OotP-trailers in the gallery. Credit of the newest goes to Kathryn. The cap is from the new American trailer that can be seen here. The pics can be seen here.

April 22nd The first pic of David in The Order of the Phoenix can be seen on this article. The same scene can bee seen on the new trailer. Also a new affiliate for DTO, Remus and Tonks.net.

March 28thSilmaril666 posted a link to a review of The Inner Life of Martin Frost. It explains the plot a bit and has a nice new pic.

February 4th According to this article, The Inner Life of Martin Frost will premiere at the New Director's Film Festival in March. Thanks Helia for posting the link! Also there's a new competition at the forums, up for grabs is a DVD of Kingdom of Heaven! A new affiliate Emma Watson Tribute.

January 16th According to this, Cheeky will be out on dvd in March. Thanks Helia for posting the link for us! You can also pre-order it from Amazon (thanks Kelly for immediately looking it up :)). Now all we have to do is wait for another two months! Great news! Congrats to David!

January 11th Fabulous screencaps of All The Invisible Children added in the gallery, capped and sent to me by Kelly!

January 6th I upgraded the newest version of the forum yesterday and had some problems with the databases, but fortunately I succeeded when I tried it again today. No data was lost. I also uploaded a new layout for the forum, but members can still change their favourite themes from their profile. I have also a new affiliate, Natalia Tena Net!

December 29th Helia posted two pictures from the set of The Inner Life of Martin Frost along with this text: SINTRA, PORTUGAL: FEATURE World famous US writer Paul Auster is preparing his latest new movie, "The Inner Life Of Martin Frost" (based in a story from "The Book Of Illusions") in Azenhas do Mar, Sintra, near Lisbon. The movie is partially filmed in an isolated house in the middle of nothing unless the nature atmosphere. Here "Harry Potter" cast member David Thewlis, who plays in Auster movie the main character. He shows a broken finger in result of a little accident during one of his scenes. Thank you so much Helia!

December 17th There is a nice article by Anna here (from The Observer) called "My favourite table: Actress Anna Friel at the Pigalle Club" in which she also mentioned David and Gracie and this writing confirms that David was a vegetarian when they first met but then he started eating chicken! So there we go, I think this has been one of the questions in our minds for quite some time and now we know. Thanks go Google alerts!

December 15th I have closed the minipoll and put the poll results in the archive. Most of you seem to desperately want more Remus, but unfortunately there are not much news or pics available of David in The Order of the Phoenix yet - he is mentioned in this article (link to Leaky-Cauldron.org) in the upcoming "Premiere" magazine (thanks Tannim for posting the link in the forums!). Keep checking the forums and the mainsite for news - we are all looking forward to hearing and seeing more soon!

October 18th A few lines about a very important matter: Do NOT post pictures from my gallery anywhere else without credit. During the past few months I've come across pics from my site on various other communities and I have usually let it be, but you need to understand that if somebody offers to make me screen caps and for this site's gallery - they may not be used elsewhere without permission from the person who has sent me the pictures (even I can't give you the permission) and with the pictures I have made myself I definitely demand that you mention where you have gotten them. I am even more sensitive about this now that I have had to re-build the albums and everything in the gallery.

I'm a bit guilty myself as well, though. Because of the hacking of the gallery I still have many credits missing from my gallery. So, please e-mail me if you notice that a credit is missing of pics you have sent me.

October 14th The Omen in the gallery - enjoy! :)

October 6th The gallery is back already! The database was luckily unharmed, so I just had to install the gallery again and create the categories and albums. Almost all of the pics are there!

October 5th As all of you may have already noticed, the gallery has been down for several weeks now. DTO's host was hacked last month and luckily I was able to restore the mainpage and the forum immediately (many thanks to Toni for technical support) but I didn't have such luck with the gallery, and truthfully I just gave up and concentrated on other things in my life, for getting better from a horrible flu and cough, inflammation in maxillary sinus and allergies and trying to motivate myself for my actual daily work :) Thanks for understanding and sorry again for not keeping you informed, except on the forums.

Because of the huge amount of spammers on the forums in the past months I have changed the registration so that I have to approve the members before they can post anything. Because sometimes it is hard to tell from the username if it's a spammer or not, I have asked new members to e-mail me with just a short notification that they really are David-fans.

July 12th Hello everyone, as I have written on the forums last week, I'm on my summer vacation right now. I am not updating and I won't be fixing any forum problems either (although I said I might try and fix any technical problems if there was any, but I have changed my mind). I have lots of pics, news, links etc that I should update on the mainsite as well, but what can you do, it's vacation - so it's my duty just to relax and have different kind of fun :) Sorry, everyone, I'm sad that some of you have had problems with the forums etc but I won't have time to look into them at least in a couple of days, or more. I'm on a break from work for two weeks, and it's possible I won't be around after that much either, since summer is not the time to sit by the computer (unless it's from work >;)).

But I'd of course like to send LOTS OF HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISHES TO 1-YEAR-OLD GRACIE!

April 13th I have a special Easter surprise for all of you! David has asked me to post another letter here on the site (and it can be found on the forums as well, you can comment on it there and I am sure he'll read it) regarding some of the things that have been puzzling us fans, especially Cheeky and the book which is not named The Man's a Legend by the way. David wishes to thank everyone who has sent him greetings and congratulations on Gracie and the birthday greetings. There's also some new info of his upcoming project. Thank you David, for your support and your sincere appreciation.

March 26th Basic Instinct 2: Rick Addiction hits the cinemas in just a couple of days. See here when it is released in your area. I have finally added some pictures of the flick and I must say that this movie seems to be a must-see for all David fans! The trailer can be seen here. February 8th The very first update of the year is about the happy news that David has been confirmed to play Remus Lupin in the upcoming Harry Potter movie Order of the Phoenix. So no more speculations, although we all knew he would do it :)
